Adv. Giloh is a partner at the Ben Ari Fish law firm, leading the area of international commercial law and heading the Asia desk.

Adv. Giloh joined Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm, in 2023, after gaining extensive experience in international commercial law and providing legal counselling to defense industries and to life science companies in his positions as senior legal counsel in large organizations. He speaks Mandarin and has expertise in accompanying transactions in Asian countries, particularly in India .

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Giloh served as the legal counsel and Deputy GM for Business & Contracts the largest business division at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. In this position he was responsible for all the division’s engagements in Israel and abroad, led negotiations and specialized in the legal aspects of large and complex international transactions in the security field in many countries, as well as in the legal aspects of working with the Ministry of Defense in Israel.

Prior to that, Adv. Giloh served as chief legal counsel in Israel of  Medtronic (the largest medical device manufacturer in the world). In this position he was responsible for all legal aspects of the activities of Medtronic companies in Israel, served as a member of the management of the various organizations and in the corporation’s international legal department, and specialized in various aspects of legal counsel to life science companies.

In his various positions, Adv. Giloh gained wide-ranging experience in legal and business activity in countries in Asia. He led numerous complex negotiations in India, and has unique experience and expertise in security regulation in this country.  Adv. Giloh speaks Mandarin, following Chinese studies in China as well as East Asian Studies in Israel.
