Adv. Gabai is a partner at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm, and heads the firm’s Local Authorities and Environment Department.
Adv. Gabai specializes in local authorities and the environment, and practices diverse areas of law, including local authorities law, water and sewage corporations law, municipal taxation, development fees and levies, municipal infrastructure financing, class action lawsuits, planning and construction, and water and environmental law.
Adv. Gabai served as a legal advisor to various local authorities and municipal corporations, including: Ashkelon Municipality, Hatzor HaGlilit Local Council and Kiryat Bialik Municipality. Adv. Gabai also serves as legal advisor to municipal economic companies, infrastructure development administrations for umbrella agreements, and local planning and bulding committee, and has extensive experience conducting complex tenders (and projects) and accompanying municipal authorities and corporations in front of the Ministry of Interior.
Adv. Gabai specializes in several legal disciplines, among them civil law, administrative law and criminal law (related to the environment). Adv. Gabai is trained in arbitration law, and he conducts arbitrations and advises in this area.
