Adv. Aloni is a partner at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm, and heads the firm’s Commercial Department.

Adv. Aloni has rich knowledge and experience managing business corporations, particularly in the high-tech sector. He has been involved in initiating, founding and managing several computer, software and training companies since 1985.

The areas of expertise of Adv. Aloni are numerous and wide ranging, and include, among others, local and international commercial law, corporate law, contracts, intellectual property and taxation. Adv. Aloni is accompanying private companies (low-tech and hi-tech), public companies and government companies for many years.

Adv. Aloni represents and accompanies companies, investors and entrepreneurs in large merger and acquisition transactions, with an aggregate value of billions of NIS. He also represents and accompanies commercial agreements, including the sale and purchase of shares, investments, imports, exports, distribution, agency, franchise, license, intellectual property, energy and options.

Adv. Aloni provides legal counselling and accompanies companies, partnerships and other corporations on an ongoing basis, including attending and advising at board meetings and shareholder meetings. He also prepares complex legal opinions and, if necessary, accompanies legal proceedings.

Adv. Aloni assists in resolving disputes between partners/shareholders, and accompanies family businesses in planning and carrying out intergenerational wealth transfer processes.

One of Adv. Aloni’s areas of expertise (and hobbies) is “matchmaking” between his many clients and finding business “matches”, for example finding investors for startups or creating various types of business collaborations.
