Adv. Dankner-Kohn engages, among other things, in drafting complex wills and lasting powers of attorney; drafting family agreements, including estate distribution agreements, gift and loan agreements, estate management of deceased persons, trust management, ongoing legal counselling to higher education institutions regarding estates, representation in guardian appointment procedures and approval of actions on behalf of guardians. She also provides representation in legal proceedings before the various courts in these areas, including objections to the annulment of a will, claims for the return of assets to the estate, proceedings regarding appointment of estate administrator, proceedings to revoke a, lasting power of attorney and more.

Adv. Dankner-Kohn frequently lectures in the Israel Bar Association’s continuing education courses on inheritance and legal capacity, and is a member of the Lasting Power of Attorney Committee of the Israel Bar Association, Haifa District.
