Adv. Shneidor is a partner at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm, heading the firm’s Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Shneidor is one of the most prominent lawyers in the area of planning and construction in Israel. He has over twenty years of experience representing clients in planning and construction matters, and has been involved in dozens of significant cases, including precedent-setting cases conducted in the appeals committees and in other planning institutions, as well as in the administrative courts and in the Supreme Court. Adv. Shneidor has represented dozens of urban renewal cases in Haifa and neighboring cities, and regularly accompanies dozens of licensing and planning cases of all types.
Adv. Shneidor is an adjunct professor at the University of Haifa, and has been teaching the courses of Planning and Construction Law and Tenders Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa since 2008.
Adv. Shneidor also provides legal counselling and representation services in principled proceedings to civil society volunteering organizations, among them the Israeli Center for Victims of Cults, “Zalul” Environmental Association and more.
