Adv. Liat Werner is a partner at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm, and heads the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Adv. Werner specializes in real estate and urban renewal and has extensive knowledge and experience in these areas.

Adv. Werner provides legal accompaniment in diverse real estate transactions, including legal counselling and representation of property developers and some of the leading construction companies in Israel, legal counselling and accompaniment of property developers and residents in urban renewal projects (Pinui Binui – evacuation and reconstruction and National Outline Plan – TAMA 38 projects), legal counselling and accompaniment to property developers and private clients in real estate transactions (sale, purchase, rental), planning and legal counselling on real estate taxation, management of housing companies, registration of complex condominiums and more.

Adv. Werner leads the area of urban renewal at our firm, and in this capacity she heads numerous large projects in Haifa, the north of Israel, and throughout the country.

Adv. Werner has extensive and rich experience representing both residents and  property developers in construction projects.
