Adv. Halloun specializes in commercial and civil litigation and in inheritance and legal capacity law. Adv. Halloun provides legal representation to the firm’s clients in the areas of commercial and civil litigation law, and in family law disputes, including inheritance disputes and commercial disputes between family members.

Alongside her professional legal work, Adv. Halloun is also actively involved in the academic domain. Adv. Halloun coordinated the course of Legal and Information Skills at the Faculty of Law in the University of Haifa, lectured in a preliminary course in Public Law, and served as a teaching and research assistant in various fields.

Adv. Halloun graduated her law studies with highest honors (summa cum laude) and was ranked first in the class of 2011-2012.

Before joining the firm, Adv. Halloun interned at the Supreme Court, worked as an attorney in the litigation department of a leading firm in Tel Aviv, and served as a prosecutor at the Central District Attorney’s Office.
