Adv. Shklarsh is a member of the firm’s professional team specializing in local authorities law, municipal taxation, the environment and civil and administrative litigation. He provides legal counselling to the firm’s public and private clients in the fields of administrative law, local authorities law, municipal taxation, and the environment, and also deals in civil and administrative litigation.

Adv. Shklarsh leads the firm’s community social activity, representing people with limited means on a pro bono basis in legal proceedings of social or public importance, specializing in proceedings related to the protection of human rights and immigration law. Adv. Shklarsh also trains the University of Haifa staged trial team.
