Adv. Adler is a partner at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm and heads the firm’s Litigation Department.

Adv. Adler specializes in civil and commercial litigation. He has over 20 years of experience providing representation in legal proceedings in all areas of commercial and civil law before the various legal courts, including mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Adv. Adler’s professional experience is broad and diverse and covers many legal areas in civil and commercial law, including complex contractual disputes, disputes regarding real estate rights, claims for torts, defamation claims, claims for breach of privacy and more. In addition Adv. Adler provides legal representation in complex family law disputes, including inheritance disputes and commercial disputes between family members.

Adv. Adler led the legal representation of the firm’s clients in one of the firm’s flagship cases, securing a precedent-setting win that awarded compensation in the amount of $10,000,000 to the individuals who found the body of the missing soldier, the late Majdi Halabi.

Adv. Adler serves as an arbitrator and mediator in various proceedings.

As part of his public work, Adv. Adler serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Israel Bar Association’s Defamation Committee and also delivers lectures at the Bar Association.
